• Responsible for the Financial and Accounting operations of the division like, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Payroll etc. using SAP(Fico) and Orbits software.• Recording of assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information• Summarizing financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other related statements, sub schedules,etc. • Fund management within the division, aiming toward self dependent unit.• SPOC for all queries from Vendors, Customers and Auditors.• Preparation of monthly Payroll for Staff and Workers.• Planning & Allocation of Activities among the team and monitoring them.• Preparation and review of Bank, Interdivision and AR reconciliations.• Handling of Internal and External Audit Queries and Finalization of Accounts.• Preparation of monthly and Adhoc MIS reports.• Stock verification and preparation of stock reports.

• Responsible for the day-to-day General accounting operations. • SPOC for all queries from Customers / Businesses• Preparation of monthly Recs plan and to see that the plan is executed consistently and accurately.• Resource allocation to various Accounts.• Meeting Process CTQ Parameters like TAT and ACCURACY.• Handles Remote transition of new accounts• Process dashboard reporting to the top management and clients• Handling Weekly ops call with Client and Process related queries.• Training the new resource into the process.
