Shred Docs was founded as a complimentary business to my medical waste disposal company. Many of our medical waste customers were in need of a HIPPA compliant shredding service they could rely upon at a reasonable price.We offer one-time shredding service, regularly scheduled services, drop off shredding service and even hard drive destruction for business and residential customers. All shredding and hard drive destruction are completed to both HIPPA and DOD standards.

I help small businesses develop strategies and processes that are repeatable to help navigate many of the challenges faced in the current market.

My tenure with Northwestern Mutual began with build a successful financial services practice through building strong relationships with clients, this lead to a transition into a leadership role. As managing director I inspired and motivated an office of over 40 financial advisors to achieve both individual and collective goals.Overall, I was able to play a critical role in steering the regional office toward success by aligning the team with the company's goals, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence and client-centricity.

As a Crew Chief/Flight instructor I had many responsibilities across a wide range areas, all of which required a detail oriented and process driven approach to success. Non-flight duties included pre-flight and post-flight inspection of the aircraft, performance of scheduled maintenance/repairs, maintain detailed records of all flights/repairs, and implementation of air crew training programs. Flight duties consisted of load management, passenger briefing and management, pilot assistance (landing, take-off, navigation, emergency procedures), and aerial gunnery. In addition to performing these tasks, I trained and evaluated over 50 aircrew members in the aforementioned areas.
