I am a Product Manager and on the leadership team for OPTICS in AWS. We focus on Cost Optimization for the cloud. My experience has stretched over several different industries and in several different departments in businesses. You will always find a theme of data in all of my experience. This group is responsible for Cost Optimization for AWS customers within the AWS Industries. We create tools, perform analysis, and teach customers about Cost Optimization. I am part of the the leadership team for OPTICS and I am responsible for 40 people. -Established a media strategy for the OPTICS team on Twitch, YouTube, Blogs, and Case Studies. The effectiveness of this strategy was based on subscribers and anecdotical evidence from viewers. Subscribers increased 40% YoY. QuickSights dashboards were used to monitor the metric.-Launched an internal LLM product to assist with Cloud Financial Optimization. This product will be used to assist customers with reoccurring questions.-Created an internal coaching program to assist employees along their growth journey to who they want to be.
