Carried out planned preventive maintenance and emergency breakdowns on chilled water systems in a range of different enviroments from food processing to laser cutting engineering. Breakdowns have ranged from pressure tests on fridge circuits to replacing water pumps on the water side. I have also been working on refrigeration in food production factories such as blast chiller's and flooded evaporator pack systems.

Oversee the supervision of multi-national tradesmen, TCN subcontractors and others as necessary. Simultaneous running of up to 5 separate tasks, including accommodation blocks, offices, warehouses and workshops.The role is client facing and interaction with the military client representatives.Responsible for cost effective planning and execution of all HVAC tasks, including stores, labour requirements, equipment and vehicle requirements, cost estimates, outline administrative details and all Health and Safety procedures and requirements including the preparation of all Risk Assessments.

Carried out planned preventive maintenance and reactive break down’s of air conditioning systems in office buildings across the south of England. These would range from split and VRF systems to large packaged chillers. Breakdowns would range from electrical fault finding to component changes. Also made quotations for works that was needed on these system and liaised with customer to when works could be carried out.

This would range from split and VRF systems to large DX systems. Also carried out reactive break downs on these systems ranging from electrical fault finding to component changes.

Carried out the installations of air conditioning systems ranging from split systems in mobile communication remote base stations and small retail outfits. Close control systems in large computer rooms and VRF systems in large office blocks. Also carried out planned preventive maintenance on these systems when there was no installation to be done.
