Sam and Jayson Speck co-founded Speck following lived experience trying to find suitable Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) for a close relative. In their search, Jayson and Sam came to realise there is a lack of SDA housing choices in great locations, with convenient access to excellent amenity including retail, recreational options, transport, and employment. Speck was founded out of a desire to elevate the SDA sector for NDIS participants. Speck is a registered SDA Provider that offers both SDA development and management services.The Director’s combined work experience of almost 40 years in the property industry across development, investment, sales and property management has provided them with a well-rounded background. Their joint experiences have provided them with a unique perspective on challenges the SDA sector faces and has equipped them with a skill set to enhance this sector for the participants, their families and support networks.
