I’m passionate in what I do, with a second to none work ethic. I lead from the front and by example , motivating and engaging peers to produce the highest quality output and to any clients requirements.I enjoy learning new skills and teaching and passing on knowledge. I’ve mentored 2 successful apprentices, which is highly rewarding. I started as an apprentice doing my NVQ qualifications after my A Levels and achieved the Federation of Master Builders Award as a Master Plasterer. My passion for high achieving has followed me since. From there being site lead , expanding my knowledge of multiple trades and being introduced to customer service, liaison, etc I quickly picked up and honed my skills to become a Site Manager completing my SMSTS and successfully running multiple projects simultaneously from 30k - 300k. As a Co Director , I also contribute to the business itself with my fellow Directors. looking at our Business Vision , identifying and exploring system processes to implement to streamline our service , exploring development plans for staff and management, recruitment and marketing strategies, and ultimately improve what we do as a company to deliver a quality service
