Project ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager, Sam’s responsibilities include leading the project team. He is responsible for reviewing project status reports to ensure the project is achieving its goals and objectives. He has a proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar projects in both the commercial and multi-family sectors. He is experienced in all phases of construction, including pre-construction, planning, estimating, scheduling, and construction management. He is well known for his ability to consistently complete projects on time and within budget. Career OverviewSam started in the construction industry working for a custom home builder. In 1998 he joined Estrella Associates, a developer/builder. While there he worked as an estimator, project manager, and Superintendent on the River Oaks Master planned community which included both residential and commercial. In 2002 he joined JW Design and Construction as an estimator and project manager. While there he worked on design build and GMP projects, both multi-family and commercial. In 2006 he and his family relocated to Fort Worth, TX where he was hired by Key Construction as a project manager.
