I manage and troubleshoot process related issues for chemical vapor deposition and physical vapor deposition tools. This involves following six sigma principles and finding sources of irregularity. Working with process engineers to gather data, source problems, and monitor trends. I address problems with product that occur during steps that I oversee.

I manage a small team building an electric FSAE car, this is a challenging process using minimal resources with limited manpower available. Our team is working to develop a single seat, high performance electric FSAE car. Our team is utilizing odds and ends to develop a singular product that both works well and provides solid ground for future teams to improve upon.

In conjunction with school I worked as a supervisor at the primary printing shop on campus. This role primarily requires me to manage inventory, expedite orders, and polish my customer skills daily.

As a member of the Bookstore Advisory Committee, I am responsible for providing an array of input to members of the University Board faculty. This includes identifying key strategies to improve upon, or establish new processes at the University Bookstore. An essential part of that process includes addressing complaints filed against the Bookstore and, cooperating with faculty in order to resolve the complaints. I am also responsible for influencing the pricing and promotion of products at the Bookstore, in order to achieve the ideal marketing strategy for the Bookstore.This position has allowed me to improve upon my repertoire, including teamwork, analytical thinking, conflict resolution, and time management.
