Use ITIMES to manage sick leaves and holidays balance. Independently handle all the disciplinary actions such as AWOL, poor attendance misconduct, performance and long sick leaves which involves the Occupational Health referral preparation and return to work arrangement with line managers. Preparation of HR related report such as manpower cost and absence rate etc. I am also responsible for recruitment of positions from factory workers to management staff.

Except Fourth, I am also responsible for Synergy and Wagestream daily administration. I also need to do onboarding for new staff including RTW checking and profile upload.
