I currently work as A Duty Manager at Farnham Leisure Centre, I joined Places Leisure as A lifeguard in December 2015 where I completed and gained my NPLQ and Emergency First Aid with AED Certification. Being a lifeguard required me to keep alert for long periods of time supervising and educating swimmers, keep the centre clean and upto excellent standards, set-up and derig equipment and work well in a team.After 4 months I was promoted to Senior Lifeguard and step up Duty Manager, the promotion required me to keep my role as a lifguard but with additional resposibilities, these entailed, managing the Lifeguard, Front of House and Gym teams on a daily running, operating cafe, reception and the gym floor if needed and opening and closing the building.I was succesful in gaining the promotion to Full time Duty Manager after 9 months of startring at the company, I have taken on many additional roles such as daily cashing up and increased role in the income and finance of the centre in the council contract, booking and marketing events to hold within the centre and completing a qulification in Pool Plant Operations.

In Febuary of 2015 I got in contact with Currell Residential Islington, During my 9 month tenure I expanded my knowldege in the field of sales and customer relations for real estate, during my time with the team I learnt the value of creating good rapport with clients and even potential buyers, in addition I gained critical understanding of how the market of buying and selling real estate functions daily in one of the busiest cities in the world.
