• Developing and constructing new and refurbished residential property in London, project values up to £5 million. • Responsible for raising finance, development appraisals, bidding for construction contracts, contracts management.

Part of an international expedition in 1996 making the first ascents of several peaks in the Western Karakorum including Pute Tower No 3 (5800m), Gutum Talji (5500m), and Batokshe, (c6000m). In the same year Stacey made the first alpine-style ascent of Batura (7795m). Subsequently climbed Cho Oyu (8188m) and Gasherbrum II (8034m).
