Membership Services Representative
Current- Identify opportunities for up-sells, add-ons, and referral business from clients as well as collaborate with sales representatives to maximize revenue
- Create and develop first-class rapport with Season Ticket Members, clients and supporters of Columbus Crew
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Season Ticket Members
- Build strong relationships with Season Ticket Members through proactive communication including seat visits, phone calls, e-mails, off-site meetings and other channels
- Develop and execute creative solutions with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction with the Crew brand
- Assist in development and execution of membership benefits and programs
