Marketing Assistant
CurrentAs a marketing assistant, I help with organizing and planning different advertising projects for a martial arts school. I work closely with the owner of the school to help see through a variety of digital marketing projects such as running social media pages as well as helping direct and edit video projects. While working in this position, I have gained a lot of knowledge about small business ownership as well as marketing. Specifically, I feel as though I have developed stronger interpersonal skills due to learning how to build and establish meaningful connections with clients and peers. I also feel that this position has helped me tremendously with learning how to work with a team, as I am constantly collaborating with my team in order to develop meaningful projects as well as build and maintain client relationships.
