• Starting as a fundraiser, responsibilities included visiting potential clients and signing them up for donations via direct debit, consolidating as well as possible to create a long term income for several different charities. • The first promotion came with in quick succession of starting with the organisation after showing ambition and the motivation to lead a team of three to five fundraisers.• Offering different stages at team leader level dependent on results, after two months of being a team leader a second promotion was offered as a stage two team leader requiring better results and more responsibilities including running training sessions for several teams of fundraisers.• Whilst employed by Home Fundraising the organisation started to work with a new charity, Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity. Chosen to represent the organisation in London, it was necessary to tour the hospital and meet with representatives of the charity to understand their needs as a client of Home Fundraising.

• Starting the company as a sales agent, hard work and attitude resulted in a promotion to assistant manager on the floor, being responsible for as many as forty agents in the office at one time.• One of the prime responsibilities at BMS Telecorp, was making sure sales agents were hitting targets required through ongoing training and development plans. Supporting and encouraging agents to achieve their maximum potential.• Quality assurance was essential in this role as the company represented some of Australia’s leading organisations. Listening to agents calls, making sure customers were dealt with in the correct manner and to a high standard.
