Management of the Simple Sew blog, primarily the coordination of a team of twelve sewing bloggers, who make and review Simple Sew patterns on a voluntary basis. My role involves the developing marketing campaign ideas, the organisiation of fabrics and patterns for the team, scheduling and loading of posts and recruitment of new blogger talent, with the overall aim of creating an inspirational and educational resource for Simple Sew customers.

Editor of Sew Now magazine, a national monthly magazine for beginners and intermediate sewists who have a passion for dressmaking, sewing home accessories and making fun projects for kids. Project management, creating copy and working to tight deadlines were key responsibilities of my role as Editor, alongside understanding the level and taste of my audience and planning and commissioning appropriate external designers to bring them new and inspiring projects, making each issue fresh and exciting. In addition to this I worked closely with advertisers and partners to develop coverage that will work commercially for both parties and offer subsequent benefits to the reader.

Overall responsibility for 700 units of accommodation, across 22 campsites and the management, development and welfare of 80 multi-national customers service representatives. This role involved partnership working with campsite owners, ownership of overall Health & Safety, product development and recruitment.
