Currently working in the healthcare environment (Dorchester County Hospital) as an ICT Service Desk Analyst with 8 years experience in this role. This also includes on call duties supporting users out of hours with critical issues. Before this my role was - Junior ICT Technical Support. Providing support to the Tech Support and Network team with support calls. This included: Setting up various equipment for networking purposes.Assisting in the installation and movement of ICT equipment.Installation of phones (Mitel/DX) re-routing phones.Using Smarterm to access the console to configure extension numbers using the Realitis DX system.Setting up new phone extensions and manually routing them to the network cabinet from the telecommunications room. Commuting to one of our sister sites in Weymouth to fix hardware/telephone faults.
