Sales Coordinator
Current- Serving as the primary contact for assigned sales representative, responsible for communicating all project related information to the Musco Team and the customer in a timely manner. In addition, acting as the primary contact for contractors and customers, managing the complete project workflow process from project creation to installation.- Coordinate the internal analysis of project requirements and contribute to the overall design, pricing, and sales strategy.- Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate pricing calculations based on design and project criteria.- Prepare project specific sales documents including specifications, budget estimates, quotes, bid proposals, scope of work, purchase agreements, and submittals.- Work with Field Sales to manage and maintain accurate sales and shipment projections.- Support Musco sales and profitability goals while identifying effective solutions to unforeseen complications that may occur during the process.
