In 2010 I completed my year 12 SACE certificate. Immediately following graduation, I commenced employment at RCR HADEN as an apprentice Refrigeration and Air-conditioning mechanic. My area of specialisation within the role was industrial and commercial mechanical services. As of the 17th of October 2014, I completed my certificate 3 in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning through TAFE SA. From January 9th 2017 I commenced a second apprenticeship in certificate 3 in electrotechnology – Electrician at Dematec Automation. My specialising in this role was Industrial Control, which encouraged me to further my knowledge by completing ‘Programable logic controllers” 1 & 2 through TAFESA. As of January 2020 I began employment at Mainair as an installation technician/electrician. This gave me further knowledge and understanding of the construction industry. My role has now evolved into commissioning technician utilising my skills and abilities to ensure optimal performance of newly installed HVAC equipment. Additional to this during my employment, Mainair has provided the opportunity to further my skills in DDC BMS programming by completed training through Automated building solutions. Since 2010 my involvement within the two trade industries has given me a wide variety of knowledge and experience to mechanical and electricals services.
