Current· Lead the IT function for large, moderate to complex projects, programs, or initiatives across enterprise CRO/CDMO domain.· Accomplished build up IT facilities systems and SOPs compliance with FDA/NC/NMPA support GMP production new-site-build project in 8 months. · Improved GLP lab and animal facilities quality management with Watson LIMS help .· Collaborate with other OU and BU to support existing applications and methods. Accountable and responsible for resolving issues.· Strong ownership and actively manage the project throughout its entire lifecycle following project management process and methodologies.· Communicate status of the projects to key stakeholders and keep transparency. Manage stakeholders' expectation to the project regularly.· Ensure projects/solutions are consist with company strategy and business objectives.· Managing, motivating and empowering IT team members to make sure annual OKR archived.· Address business analysis and system implementation across multiple functions. Coordinate efforts of internal stakeholders to map business requirements into technical solution and deliver results and ensure that applications meet customer requirements and exceed performance targets.· Develop and manage capital and operating budgets for the department, manage hardware and software procurement and control the associated costs in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts.· Applies compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation as necessary, and participates in compliance activities as required.· Keep develop/adopt new IT technologies/parties such as data visualization, data middle ground, AI etc. to help accelerate enterprise on digital transformation.
