Giving effective lessons and guidance catered to GCSE (Yr 9-11) and A-level (Yr12-13) students who wish to achieve better grades as well as securing their entrance exams. Utilizing what I have personally experienced and learnt from GCSE and A-Levels to ensure my students understand the complex concepts and answer questions accordingly during exams. I have helped a few students to secure places to study at Oxford International College and offers from KCL Medicine and UCL Pharmacy.

My job mainly focuses on solving clients' problems and providing customer services regarding the application for the Hong Kong consumption voucher. I got to have lots of hands on experience on using the software given and utilize the system to enter data such as 100+ call details and phone numbers accurately each day.

I managed to self-learn some part of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator through online tutorials. In which I also incorporated the use of AI technology during my designing process. I did all these purely out of curiosity and entertainment. Moreover I managed to sell some beautiful custom artworks for my clients based on their specific niche and requirements.

I was extremely lucky to be given the opportunity to take part in the product sales team at Skinic.Skinic also took part in the Beauty & Wellness expo and held an exhibition there, which I was fortunate enough to get involved with selling products to customers.
