Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze, process, generate, and retrieve daily invoices to meet client requirements. Conduct compliance and quality checks on retrieved invoices. Manage accounts receivable duties, ensuring proper application of transactions. KYC Checks to verify the clients Identity & Address proofs Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide training to new joiners. Ensure adherence to control processes, participate in COB planning, and document disputes. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for production updates and dispute resolution. Monitor and perform activities on assigned accounts, evaluate customer financial settings, and propose process improvements. Reconcile customer disputes, research and amend delinquent accounts, and track PTP provided by clients. Handle Master Accounts, Service, and supply orders, and lead a team. Coordinate with Sales Rep for handling unresponsive accounts Monitor and perform daily/weekly/monthly activities on assigned accounts Evaluating customer financial settings and changing credit lines/limits and credit holds. Prepare & Send Demand Letter to unresponsive accounts & place the account onCredit Hold

Roles and Responsibilities: Final litigation balance review process, Pre-litigation, refund process, and write-offprocess. Conduct quality checks for pre-litigated accounts. Maintain and update daily production data, prepare team MIS reports, and engage inteam activities. KYC Checks, Review the accounts using Citi standard check to determine litigation Check the current balance and statement balance using different applications. Check of tags, Recent payments, Active settlement, balance difference Conduct Pre Litigation checks Review the accounts eligible for the provision of the refund based on steps proposed Check for zero balance, NSF (Non-sufficient Funds), customer deceased information Fill in the Credit Balance Database Conduct Quality Checks for the pre-litigated accounts Preparation of team MIS and publishing the report and sharing it with the manager Maintain/ Update daily production data in Excel Conduct Team engagement activities & Maintain daily team attendance and publish Responsible for suggesting process improvement areas
