- Responsible for all aspects of finance for the Middle East region and ensuring all reports for Group and Year End are reliable and are provided in an accurate and timely format- Ensuring processes and procedures are in place to provide segregation of duties to aid the company to run as efficiently as possible- Prepare management accounts, variance analysis and supporting commentary for submission to the Board of Directors in Germany- Prepare year-end financial statements for the three Middle East companies including all intercompany requirements- Oversee the day-to-day management of audit activity and liaising with external auditors- Manage and train the Financial Accountant and Accounts Assistants- Maintain the accounting records including reviewing and approving all journals and data imports into Sage and ensuring the three trial balances are accurate at all times - Maintain and reconcile all inter-company balances and transactions - Ensuring all companies are compliant with free zone authorities at all times- Provide weekly cash flow forecasts and analysis - Complete the annual financial plans including calculating the inter company finance charges and staff overhead rates - Oversee all banking requirements from an internal and external point of view - Review and approve all payroll requirements including recruitment and promotion of staff - Maintain the fixed asset registry and annual depreciation- Review and approve all project budgets prior to submission to the client and monitor the performance with the Account Directors

- Prepare the consolidated management accounts (P&L, BS, and CF), variance analysis, Key Performance Indicator pack and supporting commentary - Prepare the year-end consolidated financial statements - Finance lead on the day-to-day management of the audit- Manage and reviewed the payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable staff ensuring all responsibilities were completed on time and accurately- Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff for the finance department - Budgeting and forecasting, monthly rolling re-forecasts for the Board and bank and liaising with the budget holders regarding their year-to-date performance- Completion of the annual operating plans - Play a key role in internal audit reviews, system improvements, review of management information and business planning- Maintain and reconcile all inter-company balances and transactions - Maintain all nominal ledger reconciliations including deferred and accrued revenue
