Sam has over 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical sales and patient care, owning and operating a successful company in the pharmaceutical arena. While experiencing the shortcomings of conventional healthcare, he quickly became focused on more natural treatments for his clients. This shift ultimately led him to Jordan Rubin, which resulted in an opportunity to volunteer at Jordan's Heal The Planet Farm. Sam, his wife Stephanie and their sons, Derek and Kyle relocated to the farm where they volunteered for 1 year, eventually moving into a position assisting Kevin Kepplinger with operations on the farm. In 2014, Sam and his family relocated to Arroyo Grande, CA to take over operations of the newly acquired manufacturing facility. He assisted Colt Morton, President, and COO of Ancient Nutrition in operations, focusing on facility upkeep and advancement, assisting in sourcing, and in charge of all purchasing. He also focused on new sales opportunities with a focus on practitioners tapping into his years of experience in networking with physicians nationwide. In 2016 he started Point Bay as a licensed cannabis operation to eventually incubate the WKND Rec cannabis brand as well as starting a hemp genetics company in 2019 to now the head of Sales for BYO Operations, an ingredient technology company.
