Founded this start-up which operates across the engineering and manufacturing sectors, and since January 2020, I've been at the forefront of facilitating SMART factory transitions, orchestrating seamless integrations of ERP, OEE, and CRM systems to optimise operations and enhance efficiency for clients across diverse verticals, including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and food sectors. Specialising in delivering tailored solutions that drive tangible results, consistently going above and beyond to mentor and guide start-up and SME teams in digital growth strategies that has accelerated customer acquisitions across both B2B and B2C environments. Highlights of what we have done at AJM Inspired includes securing several client contracts spanning automation and robotic projects, including the development of the Process Engineering Programme for Malone Group (Discovery 4.0). I've also cultivated strong relationships with government agencies and trade bodies across the UK and Europe, accessing funding for manufacturing projects to transition to SMART factories. It was at the early stages of AJM Inspire that I also established Green Circle Direct, a digital business offering waste disposal, hygiene services, and electric car charging solutions, generating growing ARR from zero start-up operations by building a sustainable business model.
