I buy domestic and European logs and cut them into great lumber. If they are domestic I have them shipped to my yard, if brought in Europe I personally go had pick every log I buy and I am there to see them when they are cut to my specifications, All my logs are quarter-sawn so I can get the most figure from each log. Every log is cut so when they are placed on stick that log stays in tack to be aired dried and then kiln dried. The log comes from the kiln also in stock and is stored that way.
