Key retails customer engagement to improve the customer service and enhance customer connection. Monitor the Order to Cash flow by improving the end to end supply chain efficiency. Manage 3PL to supervise the warehousing and customer delivery process. Working with Sales team to develop regional Demand Plan and driving DM sell through.

New Product timeline development and tracking; Highlight risk assessment and seek corrective action to deliver project on time. Seamless cooperation with manufacture for Phase in Phase out conversation to avoid Sracpping. Manage Co-Packer to drive the cost effective operation.

Take charge daily Operation of the Sexual Health Production in Contract Manufacture in terms of Material Planning. Master Production Schedule, Rut Cut Capacity planning etc. New Product Introduction in Contract Manufacture site.

CM daily Operation, New site Start up and new initiative execution. Cost Saving.
