As Director of Operations & Shareholder, I am responsible for driving strategic growth, enhancing financial performance, and elevating the company’s industry reputation. Collaborating with our senior leadership team to foster a technically proficient and profitable business, delivering tailored support to major M&E service providers across the UK.

Managing a multi-contract M&E Maintenance portfolio valued at over £3 million, encompassing high-end commercial real estate and blue-chip clients in London.Ensuring the maintenance of critical infrastructure, including electrical, HVAC, life safety systems, and building fabric, to the highest standards. This guarantees a consistent, cost-effective operation and an energy-efficient environment for our clients.Reporting to the director level, I manage a team of over 20 staff, including engineers, supervisors, administrators, subcontractors, and supporting services.

Efficiently supervising and supporting a multidisciplinary team of M&E engineers to ensure consistent operational delivery.Reporting to the Contract Manager, key responsibilities include providing technical support to clients, the engineering team, and contract administrators. I manage HVAC and electrical projects, develop operating procedures (EOPs, SOPs, MOPs) and RAMS, conduct toolbox talks, perform surveys, prepare quotations, and carry out compliance audits.Additionally, I participate in tender presentations and successfully mobilise new contracts.

Working predominantly in critical data centre and commercial environments undertaking projects, installations, repairs and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC & electrical systems and infrastructure.
