My current role consists of the following projects and aspects.Resource Manager for WSP in the SMPA, working with disciplines and design partners to ensure schemes are resourced sufficiently and with the right capabilities.Project Manager for WSP in the SMPA Production Hub, a project worth more than £2.2m per annum.Regional Lead within my home discipline, managing a widespread team with a focus on delivering operational performance and staff wellbeing.

Working in the Chemical Regulations Division, helping with establishing a post-Brexit regulatory approach. I worked on initiatives such as:- The CRD strategy- Proposals to more tightly regulate certain toxic chemicals than previously undertaken within the EU- Working with Defra on a data release process- Input into the new Chemicals Strategy with Defra- Advising the Senior Policy Advisor on the implications of the Environment Act-
