In this role I lead the end-to-end solution lifecycle for EMEA and Global BPO opportunities, responsible for everything from initial solution shaping, internal stakeholder management, location and language strategy, channel strategy and customer journey design, commercial strategy, and transformation approach. I then ensure that this vision is articulated correctly to the client, owning proposal creation, commercial shaping, and final negotiation. I am adept at working across a variety of verticals, in the private and public sectors, and with clients of all sizes, particularly those with complex multi-geo or multi-lingual requirements.

Having joined Sitel with an ambition to get more experience on large scale outsourcing opportunities, I spent this time focused mainly on huge public sector opportunities, numbering thousands of FTE, particularly during and in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic. By the end of this period I was Sitel UK's lead for Public Sector solutioning.Whilst in the UK team, I owned the solutions vision for a significant number of key new client wins, including public sector, automotive, and with an innovative disruptor brand in the electric vehicle space.I was later promoted to the EMEA regional team, with my goal being to gain more experience leading on complex multi-geo and multi-lingual outsourcing engagements, with a renewed focus on transformation and innovation.

I moved to Woven for a new challenge to be a part of a lean, growing organisation with an exciting market proposition. Woven had recently grown through significant M&A activity and as such was still operating as a small, emerging market player and consolidating itself.As a result of this lean team structure, I was the sole Solutions Lead focusing on New Business growth, with another Solutions Lead in charge of growth from the existing client base. I worked on a variety of small and medium sized opportunities at Woven, mostly in the private sector, across verticals including Retail, Fashion, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Financial Services, including outbound sales campaigns, with a number of significant wins for the organisation during this time.I also supported Woven with ongoing M&A activity including Due Diligence on potential M&A targets and deploying their proprietary CRM solution with one of these targets, a South-Africa based organisation. My time at Woven greatly increased the breadth of my experience across all verticals (broader than financial services), allowed me to lead solution shaping on a higher volume of opportunities, and gave me more experience working with international clients.

Achieving the title of Solutions Lead and maintaining my strong progression at Target, I began to lead on holistic solutions ownership new and existing client opportunities, drawing on the support of SMEs around the business and owning the quality and content of tender responses, collaborating with bid management colleagues.During this time I began to specialise in Public Sector tender responses, including a tender for a major government entity providing lending to first time buyers, and a government body responsible for lending to businesses.Towards the end of my time at Target, I was seconded into a new Joint Venture set up by Target and their sister company The BIO Agency. This endeavour was run as a start up and as such I got my first taste working as part of an agile project team. I led on commercial and proposition shaping for this JV's first product, a reimagining of the mortgage buying journey with world-class UX design and innovative features such as Open Banking integrations and AI-enabled affordability assessments.

Having been promoted from the graduate scheme straight into Target's growing bid and solutions function, I spent the next 18 months learning the ropes, working on a variety of opportunities both public and private sector, focusing on solution shaping, bid discipline, content creation and client pitches.

Selected for Target's management graduate scheme to identify and grow future leaders. I spent my first placement in Bid and Solutions working alongside an excellent team, loved every second, and accepted an entry level solutions role after an extended 9 month placement. During this time I worked on a large outsourcing opportunity for a UK Financial Services regulator, and several large outsourcing and transformational engagements with global financial service firms in Lending, Investments and Insurance.

I was only in a position at Screwfix's Head Office and Contact Centre for around 5 months, but over that time I was lauded for excellent customer service, conflict resolution and telephone manner and eventually fast-tracked onto the new recruit training programme, engaging in side-by-side learning and buddy coaching with multiple new starters over 4-week blocks.
