Interviewing the Stakeholders and other end users, asking detailed questions and carefully recording the requirements in a format that can be reviewed and understood by both business people and technical people.• Worked extensively with the users and with different levels of management to identify requirements, use cases and to develop functional specifications.• Managed all the requirements, making requirements available to all team members.• Created Use case diagrams, activity diagrams, Sequence Diagrams using according to UML methodology.• Held regular JAD meetings with the system architects, developers, database developers, quality testers during the entire project to assure that the critical as well as the minute details of the project were discussed and issues were resolved beforehand.• Managed the entire functional requirements life cycle using Agile Methodology.• Assisted Scrum Master to facilitate scrum meetings such as Sprint Planning meeting, Daily Scrum meeting, Sprint Review meeting, Sprint Retrospective meeting, and Backlog Refinement meeting.• Used MS Visio to create wire frames.• Created detailed test plans and testing strategies and ensure these are executed extensively, which includes executing SQL queries to retrieve data and test.• Provided support for User Acceptance Testing, writing test plans and developed different testing strategies like Black Box testing.• Conducted technical/non-technical presentations to the management and training workshops for the clients.
