Personally designed and patented a unique, space-efficient, folding bike helmet for urban commuter cyclists and e-scooter riders. Progressed the concept from an initial homemade prototype through 2-years of product development with a Chinese manufacturing partner into a fully safety-certified, mass-produced consumer product. Hired a team of 3 full-time professionals to oversee digital marketing, public relations and partnerships. Forged a direct-to-consumer partnership with the Amazon Sports Team, sold offline with Selfridges (London) and established partnerships with large bike-share operators, such as Ofo. Directly recruited to join the bank’s private-side capital markets desk. Responsible for arranging and distributing leveraged finance transactions (loan and bond) to a European and US investor base comprised of credit funds, banks, insurance companies. Managed the syndication process to a fixed income salesforce in 5 European offices and coordinated the UBS Leveraged Finance strategy with M&A bankers across various European satellite offices. Also, assisted the UBS portfolio unit with balance sheet management of leveraged finance assets.

Additionally, the secondary market sourcing and distribution of both performing and distressed loans and bonds. Client base comprised of institutional credit funds, insurance companies, banks. Sourced several portfolios of performing and non-performing loans from pan-European banks deleveraging their loan books.
