I am a highly committed and conscientious individual with a positive and enthusiastic personality. I am approachable, polite and professional at all times, whilst being able to communicate effectively on all levels. My vast experience in sport environments, both in a playing and coaching capacity, has allowed me to develop transferable skills into a working one. Demonstrating teamwork, respect, communication and leadership in a large or small group of colleagues, whilst showing initiative, punctuality, hard work, organisation and proactivity as an individual. Over past employment, studying at Hartpury College and University, along with voluntary roles, I have developed a wide knowledge and understanding of Sports Coaching. Working with children and adults in different capacities who range in ability, ethnicity, behaviour and background has allowed me to buildconnections with participants on a performance and personal level. The ability to form professionalrelationships with athletes, parents, teachers as well as fellow colleagues remains at the forefront of my practice. I strongly believe putting in the time and effort into connecting with the person can get the very best out of the athlete and myself as a coach.
