- Work within the Marketing Services team to completed all scheduled and adhoc reports using Business Objects, Self Serve and additional in-house databases.- Provide insight to publishers using retailer and wholesaler data. Present findings and suggest potential business opportunities. - Make efficiencies to existing reports and processes.- Create scorecards to report sales and highlight performance within the magazine market.- Forecast sales figures using retailer data and feed back to the business.- Provide reports on the retail and publisher landscape, highlighting any key news stories, up and coming trends and new magazine launches.

- The Technical Lead on the data migration work stream during the implementation of new client programs within the business.- Utilise knowledge of data architecture to help guide the data structured within a VMS technology. Having a clear vision as to how the data will be used is critical in designing a successful data collection process. Positive end user experience is achieved through a well thought out data migration plan, fundamentally built from a knowledge of data architecture.- Cleanse data via vigorous testing and analysis to ensure the data set contains no duplicate values, all data is in the correct format and any data gaps are identified. Testing and analysis is conducted through multiple formulas within Microsoft Excel. The formula output identifies errors and guides the next steps within the cleansing process.- Working with clients to establish data sources, analyse existing worker data and managing the transition of workers into a VMS technology.- Present data quality scorecards and weekly work stream dashboards throughout projects to provide visibility and ensure all potential risks are highlighted- Co-ordinate with all workstream managers as well as the client to ensure projects are on plan, documentation is approved and all project objectives has been met.
