Eliminated $3.3. million in debt, monetized over $500k in idle assets, and reduced operating cost over $500k while I was there.

Partnered with treasury, corporate finance, accounting, and legal team to stand up a new offshore organization. Responsible for working with an international accounting transition team to assimilate international oil and gas assets in multiple countries and locations in the east hemisphere. Prepared transition plans for all accounting, payrolls, fixed assets, inventory, accounting systems. Developed flowcharts, processes, and manpower transfer to new entities and trained new accounting staff. Partnered with treasury, corporate finance, accounting, and legal team to complete a very seamless transition.
