Key roles include:- Being tasked with creating and programming the weekly film times for my group of cinemas from across the circuit in accordance to both distributor requests and box office results to ensure I'm making the best quality decisions.- Handling all aspects of trailering across our entire circuit for both standard and premium formats. This includes negotiating requests from all studios and making sure the most suitable trailers are playing on each title.- Managing the Release Projection, both a live calendar and a weekly release that's used by all departments and cinemas to keep track of all relevant release information for upcoming titles. - Most importantly: being in charge of collating, ordering and distributing the Monday coffee order.

In January 2022 I was accepted into the Team Member Be More program, the aim of which is to take team members that show aptitude, leadership qualities and eagerness to learn and develop and train them to become Team Leaders. I completed the course by the following May and immediately began to pursue TL roles which resulted in the opportunity to cover our Luton site for a brief period while they were looking for a more permanent management team.
