I have had over 20 years working within the Early Years, which I had and will always have a huge passion for ,but recently had a change of direction and started working with children within residential settings. That has EBD and or SEN needs, which is massively rewarding.I am part of the leadership team and eventually would like to progress.In my last job and this job do and I did have some amazing leadership and aspire to be like them in the future.I believe that kindness empathy and compassion is key and I try to portray this to all I come across. I love to learn and study and on my agenda next is Makaton. Here’s to 2023 and new adventures
