The Senior Property Analyst was initially responsible for establishing, in cohort with the Board and CEO, the investment strategy for the group. This included industry and asset allocation, criteria and process pathways, and fostering new and relevant relationships for the group. The groups investment strategy is always evolving, however, the ongoing role of the Senior Property Analyst is to identify, assess, and transact on new commercial real estate opportunities.
