China

Supply Chain• Managed both Celestica’s sites function in China Dong Guan region (Chang Ping/Song Shan Lake)• Set up China purchasing team. Recruited, organized and trained local purchasing & planning team as part of supply chain decentralization transformation from Hong Kong material planning support into China site• Successfully transition material function decentralization in 2 quarters• Worked closely with IT/cross functional team in the development of several shop floor control tools• Seamlessly managed staff transition in the consolidation of the 2 sites into Song Shan Lake plant• Responsible for healthy inventory turnover & high OTIF

Singapore / Batam

• More than 15 years of relevant experience in a management position in Supply Chain Management• Responsible for global material planning function (Singapore, Batam, Penang, Hungary, China) out of Singapore plant managing spend of $2B• Strong SAP / ERP concepts in Materials Management, represented SCM as SAP super user during ERP migration from AS400 to SAP• Set up entire material planning functions in sister site (Batam) as part of decentralization transformation• Provide leadership and oversight of logistics, supply chain management and inventory performance• Conducts and/or manages strategic supply chain analysis. Develops and implements supply chain, strategies, designs, models and/or processes to improve the business, including but not limited to Sales & Operational Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Demand Forecasting and inventory parameter analysis and optimization best practices• Responsible for healthy inventory turnover & high OTIF• Experience in different business engagement model, traditional EMS, ODM, Configure-to-Order• Numeric and analysis skills & awareness
