Analytics team- Worked on the analytics team. We designed and implemented new customer data platform end to end. Used technologies including Kakfa, Elasticsearch, and AWS. - Debugged issues and added features to the product throughout the stack. - Owner of service that queried CDP to provide summary statistics to UI.

Azure Storage- Worked on services handling account management, geo replication, failover, and load balancing using primarily C++ and C#. - Designed and implemented improvements to fault tolerance and availability. - Automated failover recovery steps to reduce potential outage time. - Completed server code for new account management APIs in just three months. - Built a health monitor which automatically manages account creation in the case of an unresponsive tenant, eliminates manual mitigation, and makes account creation outage undetectable in most regions. - Proactively isolated, debugged, and fixed issues in production and test environments. - Mentored and delegated responsibilities to new team members.

Network and Security Research Group with Michael Bailey

Intro to Computer Organization- Planned lessons to lead weekly discussion classes, held weekly office hours, and wrote exams.

- Created an Android application to automate cellular hotspot testing. The app automated calls, emails, text messages, and web browsing. This saved developers hours of testing each week. - Wrote Java server code to keep track of phones running the application, facilitate communication between pairs of phones, and save results in a MySQL database.
