Before becoming an engineer and machine tool instructor I worked as a machinist and a tool maker. My experience as a machinist as benefited me a great deal in many ways. I began my experience as an apprentice tool maker in 1989 at Trico Tool & Die. I also have an Associates of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.I am currently enrolled at the University of Memphis - Lambuth Campus studying Manufacturing Management Technology and plan to have my Bachelors Degree by 2018.Before all of this I grew up working for my father as a mechanic. I learned a great deal from my father and many men like him about working on machines. This experience has proven to be very valuable.
