I have over 12 years experience within the Commercial & Industrial Electrical Industry. Working on and Managing a wide variety of Electrical installation projects. As an Electrical Site Foreman, ensuring any important deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time to the highest standard is key. So it is essential for me to have good communication skills. Some of my responsibilities that rely on this skill are:- Planning works, ordering materials, liaising with clients, site and office based management. Along with leading teams to work effectively and efficiently, promoting positive team work and mentoring apprentices.Over the years I have been involved in many different installation types and locations. From MOD sites, large warehouses/factories, complete school new builds & refurbishments, office fit outs, leisure centres, high end pub/restaurant installations and specialist environment sites. This wide range of work has allowed me to develop my knowledge and build my skills to take any challenges or obstacles an installation may incur in my stride and achieve the overall goal of handing over a completed high quality project.
