The security industry is about so much more than hardware, it's about giving the client peace of mind by knowing that a knowledgable technician is going to provide them with the very best service and security possible. A huge part of what I do here at CDS Security is customer-driven and involves listening to the customer, understanding their needs, and implementing a plan to make those goals attainable. With advances in technology, meeting the customers' evolving needs is paramount. To accomplish this I am constantly studying and evaluating the latest industry standards to find the best way to meet my customers' needs, but technology alone is not enough. In order to ensure the highest level of service possible. To that end, a strong emphasis must be placed on training and professional development in order to ensure my technicians are able to provide the best service possible.One of the key values that I carry with me from my time in the Air Force, is to lead from the front. I believe that in order to lead effectively that you have to adopt the philosophy that there are no small jobs. Each job is essential and requires the same level of care and attention to detail to succeed. If as a manager you lead by example and show your willingness to do any job well, you will inspire and encourage your employees to do the same.
