My first year at Plexo Capital I spent most of my time shadowing Lo, the founding partner. I was at every meeting, negotiation, event, and on every call that he was on. This gave me not only a much better understanding of the Venture Capital and broader investments space, but also gave me a firm grasp on the inner workings of Plexo Capital as a firm as well as how Lo thinks about and assesses different verticals in the space. I am now working autonomously for Plexo Capital where I have managed onboarding, performed as an analyst, as well as picked up some associate and legal exposure on the back end.
