I have a BA in Philosophy from the University of Southampton, where I developed my critical thinking and communication skills. I have a passion for creating and delivering engaging and innovative e-learning programs for the beverage industry, as well as developing new products and brand standards.Before joining William Grant & Sons in 2021, I was the Head of Beverage Training & Development at Grind & Co., a fast-growing coffee and cocktail company in London. I was responsible for designing, generating, and managing online and offline training courses for all staff, as well as creating new drinks and menus. I also maintained and developed the brand standards and quality across all outlets. I contributed to the growth and success of the company by increasing the customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
