Review proper integration of Capital projects into TA schedule and planning process . • Constructability reviews for Capital projects integration within assigned sites & discipline.• Review of Go No-Go process on scopes within the TACT roleAssess planning progress at various preparation stages utilizing various SME's across the Corporation, this includes Mechanical, Safety, Engineering, Process Operations, Projects advisors when there are large projects associated with a T/A event including specialty areas such as Machinery. Annually perform T/A analysis for N/America.
