As a student ambassador, I was responsible for representing Loughborough University throughout my final year of studies on open and experience days for prospective and future Loughborough students. This included campus tours with large groups of visitors which required good time management and organisation to ensure prospective students were able to get an accurate feel for the campus. Furthermore whilst taking visitors on a tour, I was able to improve my public speaking through talking in front of a large amount of individuals whilst on the tour and leading discussions about the university experience.

As an asymptomatic COVID-19 tester I was responsible for conducting covid tests on students and members of staff at Loughborough University, alongside determining and recording multiple covid test results at a time on both the University and NHS covid track and trace systems. The job also involved checking in students and staff arriving for their tests and the cleaning and sanitising of the test centre. I gained experience in a time pressure environment as during particular weeks I was tasked with carrying out 50 covid tests an hour which required testing two individuals at once at high speed to ensure testing was carried out fast and effectively to keep campus safe for a positive student experience.
