With over 3 years of experience in machine learning and natural language processing, I have designed and developed multiple in-house tools to improve chatbot quality and performance, as well as colleagues' productivity. I am a US citizen.My passion for conversational AI stems from my academic background in computer science and linguistics, as well as my previous roles as a machine learning research assistant and intern.
