I am currently a server at Carmine's Italian Restaurant at the Caesars Palace Forum Shops on the Las Vegas Strip. I have been in the Food and Beverage industry my whole career, for a total of 20 years. I have fine dining experience, but I thrive in a fast-paced environment. I love multi-tasking and managing multiple tables and orders while providing excellent guest service. I have a few years of restaurant management experience in Yosemite National Park. In 2017, I opened up Degnan's Kitchen and Loft, two separate entities in Yosemite Valley; a pizzeria /beer and wine bar upstairs, and a deli/market downstairs. When opening these businesses, I established contact with all vendors, made decisions on what menu items we would carry and planned the pricing of all items, did all par lists/ordering, worked with Human Resources to fully staff both locations, and much more. Through my career, I have acquired extensive wine and spirits knowledge, particularly tequila and mezcal from working three years at a tequila bar in Los Angeles, and wine knowledge from West Restaurant and Lounge and Carmine's Italian Restaurant.
