Providing a warm and professional service to all customers, I am responsible for the entire store. I also ensure the store is clean and presentable, products are in great condition, all payments are processed correctly and reports completed fully.

Working in a fast-paced local fruit and veg store in Townsville, I was responsible for ensuring excellent customer service both in-store and out on deliveries to local cafes and restaurants. This included a great deal of multitasking and quick thinking, having to prepare multiple deliveries whilst serving customers and ensuring the store was adequately stocked.

Assisting the fruit farming operations of a large farm in far-north Queensland in several different ways, including: Ground crew picking, operating a cherry picker, pruning trees and diesel injecting banana tree suckers.

Working as the first non-founding employee of a new, innovative fitness community in the Durham area, I was not just instructing vibrant, fun and effective fitness classes but also building relationships with clients to help them achieve their goals. Alongside this, I was also responsible for a great deal of client management and support along the way.

Working night shifts in a 24 hour gym, I was responsible for the safety, cleanliness and customer service throughout the overnight hours. Engaging with customers and giving exercise and health related advice in order to promote their fitness was key.

Working as a teaching assistant in multiple behavioural schools, my role involved assisting the classroom environment in any way possible. This mainly involved working closely with a small number of students with their studies and teachers with maintaining a safe and healthy classroom environment at all times.

Working as an apprentice within a small gym located inside a further education college, I was responsible not only for providing excellent personal training for gym clients but also in maintaining a clean and safe gym, building relationships with customers and ensuring all admin related tasks were completed to a high standard.
