Experience in providing evidential products at court.An experienced and engaging presenter, with experience of verbal and written briefings to a range of senior police leaders, as well as lecturing at a series of professional and public events. Have worked extensively with the charity sector, and have significant experience of collaborating across a range of governmental agencies.Current passions include the use of behavioural insights in the formation of public policy, the importance of co-creation within policing, and most pressingly the need to empower frontline practitioners to innovate and adopt 'intrapreneurial' approaches to police reform.
